T.J. Swisher (Founder)

TJ is a born-again Christian, published author of a book of poetry, a wife, mother of two, an educator, a volunteer firefighter/EMT, an EMS instructor, lifelong learner, and writer. As she describes herself, a hodgepodge of things. Her book entitled Steady Stream of Consciousness was published in the spring of 2021. She writes under the pen name of TJ Swisher (her maiden name) to honor her grandparents who had a large hand in raising her and have been an inspiration in her life.

She noted that she loves living life to show the world the amazing love of Christ. She has found passion in sharing her story with others, sharing to let others know they are not alone in their situations. Women of Hope was born from Tara’s experience attending a small one-day ladies retreat and the feeling inspired and connected.

Marsha Jackson (Co-Founder)

Marsha Jackson is a licensed pastor, published author, and business owner of a successful wellness consulting business. She has counseled and taught thousands of people on relationships, marriage, business practices, women, leadership, and other life and work topics.

She has a passion to teach others what she has learned in her own struggles and will share through her own painful experiences how she came through depression, a negative self-image, and many other areas God has brought her through. You will leave impacted with practical steps to take right now to begin change and transformation in your life. She is very practical and down to earth but guided by the Spirit of God as she ministers and continues her own journey through life.
